Advocate for the change of IPT to 3HP and 1HP as newer short-course TPT for PLHIV and children less than 5 years of age in Tanzania through sensitizing MOH, PEPFAR and GF on the importance of shifting from IPT to the newer short course of TPT for PLHIV and Children under 5 years of age in Tanzania and creating awareness and demand creation of the newer short course of TPT for PLHIV and parents of children under 5 years of age in Tanzania.

Key population biomedical – facilitating access to HIV testing and counseling, linkage, TB screening and management, provision of health information for HIV and TB prevention services to SW, MSM, PWIUD, fishermen and Truck drivers in Kiteto and Simanjiro districts 

Main goal of the campaign is to reduce HIV transmission among general population in Masasi TC. 
HIV testing (onsite and index), TB screening, Brest and Cervical Cancer screening, provision of family planning services, Condom distribution, Community Health Insurance (CHF) services, Gender based Violence (GBV) education and services including Violence against women (VAW) education

 The project aims to increase Treatment efficacy among people living with HIV/AIDS specifically on responding to the 2nd &3rd 90s’ by 2020 through Conducting a rapid situational analysis to determine the magnitude of treatment efficacy in the 23 wards of Kiteto districts in Manyara region, conducting a TOT training to expert patient (community health advocates) for Treatment and literacy, DTG awareness rising in 23 wards of Kiteto District and conducting Mass campaign on elimination of stigma and Discrimination related to TLD transition.
